Vice President, Business Strategy and Integration

Andrea is Vice President, Business Strategy and Integration at Chroma Medicine. She brings 20 years of experience in the healthcare and biotech industry, spanning clinical development, medical affairs, strategic program leadership, and corporate transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Chroma, Andrea served as an advisor to biopharmaceutical companies of different sizes and stages of organizational maturity, addressing issues related to organizational development, operational effectiveness, and geographic expansion. Previously, she was an Executive Director and Global Asset Strategy Lead at Sarepta Therapeutics, where she established and led the European Scientific Affairs function. Earlier in her career, Andrea held regional and global roles of increasing responsibility in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at Amgen. She also worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Andrea earned a M.S. in biochemistry and a Ph.D. in cell biology from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
