Senior Vice President, Process & Analytical Development and Delivery

Padma is Senior Vice President, Process & Analytical Development and Delivery at Chroma Medicine. Prior to joining Chroma, she was Vice President, Formulation and Analytical Development at Verve Therapeutics, where she led the drug product development of GalNAc-LNPs for gene editing applications. Padma brings more than 20 years of drug development experience in the pharmaceutical industry from previous positions at Novartis, MedImmune (Astrazeneca), and GSK. Her areas of focus are vaccines, biologics, and gene therapies, with product development expertise from inception to clinical trials. She holds multiple patents on RNA and gene editing technologies, iLipids for LNPs, vaccine adjuvants, and novel delivery systems. Padma received her B.S. in pharmaceutical sciences and her M.S. in pharmaceutical chemistry from Andhra University in India.
